Reality Streaming Sessions
Now Booking 1:1 time
I write to you overlooking the dark edge of forest canopy, the heat of a tiny black furnace by my right thigh, and a cup of nettle tea floating on an embroidered Afghan yoke patch-turned-coaster (or gul-e-peron, flower of the dress).
It is Fall. The winds are shifting, the leaves are turning, and all the colors of Summer are slowly fading. The days until the end of another year are dwindling, and we are in the season transitioning us toward the internal. It is a time for gathering the resources this year has bestowed upon you, whether that is materially or ephemerally in the form of hard earned wisdom. It is a time of letting go of what is no longer needed. Like a full moon bursting at the seams: we wane the clutter, forgive where and who we can, grieve the versions of self we’ve clung to out of comfort, and all sorts of things that make us weepy and break our hearts open. These are the times for epic dumps of all kinds! Emotional, physical, mental, you name it.
The upside is that whatever remains, is what we refine. When we have the time to begin this inward journey through meditation, deep rest, staying off our phones for a day (cmon!!), or taking a long walk with the slow setting of the sun, we become clearer on what is essential as we gear up for bare bones season. It is that clarity we converge all our precious energy on.

As for me: it has been quite a weepy time shedding and shedding, and not feeling like it’ll end even though I know it will. Earlier this year, I became an Akashic Records teacher and am making my way to a phD’s worth of study and practice in this literal “space.” I’ve noticed a different quality in my sessions…less of me is there because there is less of me I’m keeping around. That means more space for true reflection.
Throughout most of my conversations and dialogues with people lately, I’ve sensed an overwhelming uncertainty and anxiety about the future. Businesses are gearing up their next moves but caution an “anything could happen” mentality, people are jumping ship on the lives they thought were on track, the “one day at a time” saying has become a lived experience for millions if not billions. While this can be disheartening, it is also a spiritually potent gateway to be so focused on one day…it’s as present as we can get as a species and that’s something to be excited about. That’s something to cherish reflecting on so we can find better ways of moving forward.

To sit at the threshold of not-knowing, and to be ok, is a daring practice. This has been a big part of my personal unbranded lifestyle over the last 4 years. The way I treat my resources — overhauled. The way I engage in relationships. The way I arrive at my teachers’ classrooms. The way I hear about people’s quiet suffering in private and offer something to ease the pain before disappearing like the wind.
It’s that last one I’m here to talk about.
Some people I’ve offered sessions to in the last 6 years are holding down entire systems, others are barely holding it together in exile, and for some, the stress of navigating a break-up, loss of a family member or career shift is enough to feel like the world is ending.
The gift of the Akasha, the one that birthed Reality Streaming this season five years ago, is that people can find their balance in unsettling times. This isn’t about short term relief, but long-term transformation. This isn’t ChatGPT or any other chatbot or family of Large Language Models absorbing your habits and lifestyle to guide you into self-awareness. This isn’t archetypal-based pattern recognition. The Akasha is what I call a “benevolent technology.” Loosely defined, this is the well-intentioned application of well-preserved methodologies, connecting us to the spirit or energetic realms with an effect on practical outcomes.
The aim is to obtain a more “realized” or “actualized” perspective on something with as little personal projection possible. While I’ll be diving into more of the teaching and nuance around this topic in 2026, for now I’ll be offering 1:1 sessions through the end of the year on a pay-what-you-choose model. This gives you, dear streamers, the chance to experience the wisdom of the Akasha first hand and ask all your pressing questions.
These sessions are 1 hour long and concentrated for maximum impact. That means you won’t just be getting affirmations, you’ll be getting information that will rewire your subconscious, release energetic patterns and soothe the ache of a tired heart. Even if you have endless gas in the love tank, this is a great opportunity for healers and helpers of all kinds to get a boost too.

I hope I have the chance to meet you somewhere between now and December 30th. Yes, even Christmas for those who want to celebrate a little differently.
Feel free to share this post with someone you think could use a fresh perspective on something.
Wishing you well wherever you are!
